Stanton Facilities

The Gym is fully air conditioned, and has TV and washroom facilities. The gym consists of free weights as well as a myriad of exercise bikes/rowing and walking machines. The gym overlooks our tropical garden and pool. This service is of course complimentary.

Our 20 metre lap pool is a salt water pool. Adjoining is our refreshing plunge pool that is under cover and remains lovely and cool during the summer months. Also great for the younger Stanton residents.

Our BBQ and entertainment area is superb. Under cover and next to the pool it provides two complimentary gas BBQ plates and a dining area with fridge. You can book this area exclusively if you have friends coming over or you just want to enjoy a Steak and a glass of wine outside your apartment. Complimentary of course.

Car park and wash bay This facility is under ground and enjoys 24 hour camera surveillance. Included are visitors parking bays, bicycle racks and a communal wash bay. Accessed by a secure electronic gate you can feel safe any time of the night or day when returning home. The lifts in the basement then take you directly to your apartment.

Peter and Jayne Newman have resided at Stanton Apartments for nearly five years.

Taking over the Management of the Property in September 2014 they bring a wealth of experience to the role. Living on-site they have also fallen in love with the beautiful City of Townsville and especially the Beachfront lifestyle of the Strand.
